Teachers for Innovative Classes!

About the project

Teachers for Innovative classes! – Training Activities to foster Creative Thinking is our first Erasmus+KA101 project and our school wants to learn how to adapt to the new contexts for developing and strengthening the European dimension as a key aspect of institutional management and educational leadership.

Aims:

The objectives of this project are:

1. Developing the digital competences of 8 teachers from 4 curricular areas (Language and Communication, Mathematics and Sciences, Human and Society, Arts) for the innovation of the didactic process.

2. Optimize the key competences of the 21 direct beneficiaries of the target group through training activities and job shadowing by exchange of experience and best practices at European level.

3. Strengthen the European dimension of the school by increasing institutional management capacity for planning and implementing European projects.

Activities:

The project’s activities are innovative for our institution and support the implementation of a human resource development strategy that we have coded TIC-TACT and which is applied through four directions of action in relation to the staff in the school.

Strategy:

1. Motivational patterns of staff;

2. Adapting staff to change;

3. Long-term staff counseling;

4. Personnel working patterns.

The project’s activities are training courses organized in 3 streams and job shadowing .

Asociazzione Euphoria and Europass Teacher Academy (Rome and Florence, Italy) have been chosen to host participants in training courses because they have a relevant experience both in the Erasmus+ program and the organization of training mobility in international contexts and in terms of specific thematic areas identified to meet the training needs of our staff and our school for the development of the European dimension, educational policies focus on acquiring skills that are also recognized on the labour market. Digital competences, creative ability, constructive critical thinking, teamwork skills, planning, risk prevention, and effective solution to problem solving are the expression of successful integration of attitudes, knowledge, skills and multiple cognitive and social-emotional resources for managing complex situations.

Results of the project:

The TIC-TACT project contributes to the development of the European dimension of our school as it encourages the active attitude of the staff for continuous professional training, updating knowledge, enhancing skills, maintaining desirable behaviors, increasing self-esteem, assuming professional responsibilities, amplifying the efficiency of teachers’ activity and their capacity to innovate.

The project will contribute to the development of competences relevant to the planning, management and implementation of European projects and will enable the development of participants’ competences to effectively manage the financial aspects and reporting activities of Erasmus+ projects.

The Promotion of Entrepreneurial Skills Among SEN Students

About the project

Our Erasmus+ KA229 project, which aims to promote the entrepreneurial skills among students with special educational needs, is based on entrepreneurship competence, which is one of the eight core qualifications proposed by the European Parliament and the Council for lifelong learning.
